Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador/In-Store Lead Generator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our energy-efficient solutions to customers in a retail home improvement setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand in a partnered retail location, engaging with customers to discuss energy savings and home comfort solutions.
  • Schedule free in-home consultations with customers, providing them with expert advice on heating and cooling upgrades and air quality improvements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, earning competitive hourly pay and weekly commissions.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and represent our brand in a retail environment.
  • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to put in extra hours and weekends to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
