About the Role

Globe Life AIL - Sanovia Bennett is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Agent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in servicing our clients and selling our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service: Demonstrate, promote, and sell American Income's products and services, presenting value and service to our clients with a 7-decade proven system.
  • Leadership and Development: Develop, train, and grow our upcoming agents, maintaining rapport with clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed serving the clients, achieving monthly, quarterly, individual, and team goals for new and existing clients.
  • Client Management: Track goals and results, keeping track of client interactions and tracking goal attainment.
  • Business Growth: Build your business, staying abreast with growing your business, staying consistent with growing your team, and keeping Globe Life's American Income Division great reputation.

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Life and Health Licence
  • Excellent ability to manage and build a team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectation
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and serving
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet clients' needs
  • Familiarity with Management/Leadership
  • Windows computer/laptop
