  • Solve customer problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where standardization exists
  • Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally
  • Input customer orders, credits, and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with orders and problems, and contact vendors to request samples
  • Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail, writing sample requests, and special orders
  • Attend training and customer service meetings

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer service, call center, or related area
  • Preferred experience in customer service, call center, and/or related area within the foodservice industry
  • Experience with Word and Excel
