Job Title: Business Solutions Advisor

As a Business Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing tailored solutions to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of borrowing and banking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and deepen client relationships by conducting meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services.
  • Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities, ensuring consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs.
  • Make decisions on client requests and refer to internal partners as needed.
  • Partner with financial center leaders and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales or small business banking.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence clients.
  • Effective customer service skills with the ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
  • Experience with in-person customer service and sales.
  • Experience working with small business clients.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Working knowledge of small business products and services.
