Senior Solutions Architect

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of technical expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing clinical solutions that meet the needs of Trinity Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of clinical solutions, including UCIP and related 3rd party diagnostic technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with Trinity Health's strategic objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams, including the development of technical specifications and design documents.
- Ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical notes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in information technology, with a focus on clinical solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a focus on clinical solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare processes and data linkages across clinical, financial, and patient administrative areas.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate in non-technical terms, how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking).
Working Conditions:
This position operates in a typical office environment, with frequent communication with people in different locations on technical issues. The incumbent must be able to concentrate, meet deadlines, and work on several projects at the same time.
