POSITION SUMMARY - OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to enhance our operational team. This role is essential in delivering administrative and operational support within our back office. Responsibilities include managing the establishment of new accounts, providing account information, processing trade requests, and handling payments and deliveries. The ideal candidate will also address various administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries and resolving account-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the new account setup process utilizing electronic signature tools and other resources.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure adherence to account opening protocols and required documentation.
  • Manage trade requests and oversee monetary transactions.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to gather information and fulfill requests.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to improve client support.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing phone communications, mailing, filing, and processing documentation.
  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in a broker/dealer or RIA back office environment.
  • Must obtain Series 63/65 licensing within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Familiarity with brokerage or custodial technology, including electronic signature platforms and CRM systems, is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of Broker-Dealer and Advisory operations is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
  • Capability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage workflow.
