Key Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance on objectives, initiatives, and regulations for housing facilities
- Facilitates apartment leasing and manages tenant certifications
- Oversees financial management, including budgets and reporting
- Collaborates with service providers and team members
- Ensures property upkeep and manages emergency protocols

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
