Job Title: Front Desk Sales & Service Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Sales & Service Representative to join our team at Goldfish Swim School.

Job Summary:

We're a rapidly growing, award-winning franchise that's passionate about teaching kids how to swim and making a splash in our community. As a Front Desk Sales & Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services to families in the area.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and take messages in a professional manner.
  • Process student registrations using effective sales and customer service techniques.
  • Schedule and manage birthday and pool parties.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist members with purchases of merchandise and vending.
  • Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk.
  • Check in students on the attendance tracking system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area.
  • Monitor the Snack Shack area.
  • Check voicemail and email correspondence and respond in a timely manner.
  • Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to management personnel.
  • Makes collection calls to resolve open account problems.
  • Prepare twice-daily student lesson schedules for use by instructors and management staff.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work with children.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background examinations (included with training).
  • 1+ years of proven sales experience.

Work Environment:
