Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, front end, and restrooms.
- Restock shelves, process transactions, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.
The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent exposure to customers and other team members. The position requires standing for long periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and ever-changing retail environment.
