Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Sales & Service Representative at Goldfish Swim School - Nampa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and registration transactions, and promoting a positive image for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process student registrations, manage birthday/pool parties, and assist with purchases of merchandise and vending.
  • Monitor the front desk area, Snack Shack, and changing areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Check voicemail and email correspondence, responding promptly to ensure seamless communication.
  • Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature.
  • Provide administrative support to management personnel, including the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations, administering first aid when necessary.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children and provide excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Must pass background examinations, which will be included with training.
  • 1+ years of proven sales experience and intermediate level computer skills using Google.

Work Environment

While performing this job, the employee will be exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. The noise level is usually moderate.
