Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Claims Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in auto and/or property claims
- Proficiency in using estimating/evaluation software tools, such as CCC, Xactimate, and XactContents
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claim handling practices
- Familiarity with state or local regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven effective empathy and de-escalation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task across technical platforms
