Job Title: Support Professional for Adults with Developmental Disabilities

About Us: Dubies Love Residential Services LLC is a leading provider of residential services for adults with developmental disabilities.

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to work with individuals who live in a residential congregate Group Home. The ideal candidate will provide support with daily living activities, transportation, and behavior needs. Additional duties include keeping the group home clean and maintaining a safe environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of verifiable experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Medication management/administration (32 hour) certification
  • Ability to communicate both written and orally
  • Behavior management CPI training
