Direct Support Professional Opportunity

Dubies Love Residential Services LLC is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

About the Job

This part-time position requires flexibility and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and behavior management
  • Prepare meals and maintain a clean living environment
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Medication Management/Administration (32 Hour) certification
  • Behavior Management CPI training
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer benefits including 401(k), 401(k) matching, and free food & snacks.
