Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Support Specialist to join Serenity Living LLC. This role involves assisting adult disabled individuals with daily care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with participating in community activities, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Provide ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties via written documentation.
- Collaborate with individuals to determine the best way to support them in their community.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment during community activities.
- Work with peers and individuals to plan group activities and recreational activities aligned with person-centered service plans.
- Safely transport individuals to scheduled activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in personal care or related fields.
- A compassionate and caring demeanor.
- The ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have at least 6 months' experience working with Developmental and/or intellectually disabled individuals.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past year.
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum.
