As a Resident Services Associate - Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing personalized assistance and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Resident Services Associate, you will be responsible for enhancing the living experience of our senior residents by providing exceptional concierge and reception services. Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming residents, guests, and visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Assisting residents with various requests, such as transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services.
  • Coordinating with local service providers to arrange services for residents, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Providing information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary.
  • Managing front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintaining and updating resident and visitor logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about the community, including services, events, and policies.
  • Assisting with the coordination and communication of resident activities and events.
  • Supporting residents with minor administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and making copies.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to residents.
  • Maintaining inventory of office and concierge supplies, placing orders as needed.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of resident newsletters and notices.
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
