Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive revenue generation as part of a collaborative finance management team
  • Establish a thorough menu selling strategy to enhance the finance department's profitability and product reach
  • Ensure all qualifying transactions are electronically contracted
  • Review and refine all transactions
  • Monitor portfolio interactions with financial institutions
  • Examine and manage the department's documentation flow daily to guarantee timely processing and accuracy of all produced documents.
  • Exhibit unwavering support for the sales department in achieving its objectives while prioritizing the dealership's overall interests
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop a weekly training agenda for Sales Consultants

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
  • Previous experience in automotive finance is essential
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Familiarity with CDK DMS system is preferred
