Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive revenue generation as part of a collaborative finance management team
- Establish a thorough menu selling strategy to enhance the finance department's profitability and product reach
- Ensure all qualifying transactions are electronically contracted
- Review and refine all transactions
- Monitor portfolio interactions with financial institutions
- Examine and manage the department's documentation flow daily to guarantee timely processing and accuracy of all produced documents.
- Exhibit unwavering support for the sales department in achieving its objectives while prioritizing the dealership's overall interests
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop a weekly training agenda for Sales Consultants
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
- Previous experience in automotive finance is essential
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Professional demeanor and work ethic
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Familiarity with CDK DMS system is preferred
