Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Office Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of the Branch Administrative and Customer Service staff, ensuring compliance with Human Resource and Administrative policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage credit control, collection, and reporting, as well as maintain accounts receivable insurance programs.
  • Assist the General Manager in report preparation and provide support as needed.
  • Direct the local accounts payable function, ensuring coordination with central accounts payable.
  • Supervise administrative and customer service employees, including payroll reporting and maintaining personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures, and handle corporate requests for information.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience, preferably 1 year.
  • Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and billing software.
