Job Description:
Circle Logistics is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and a proven track record of sales success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

About the Role:
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, passionate about sales, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
* Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
* Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes

Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
* Proven track record of sales success
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
* Strong problem-solving and time management skills
