Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Shaner Hotel Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations of our hotel. This includes managing the front desk staff, handling guest complaints, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and availability
Assist with room assignments and key distribution
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements
Minimum one year experience in a similar position
Prior supervisory experience a plus
Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
