Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Advisor to join our dynamic team. This key individual will help shape the future of BRB, providing strategic guidance and support to drive our mission forward and scale our business. As a Strategic Advisor, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies, optimize operations, and spearhead technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with our leadership team to define and execute our vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide insights to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.
  • Product Innovation: Advise on the development and enhancement of our technology platform to provide an unparalleled user experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Offer guidance on budgeting, financial planning, and investor relations to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Team Building: Support recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of a talented team passionate about transforming the beauty industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or tech.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a successful track record of launching or scaling a business.
  • Expertise in subscription-based models and optimizing customer experiences.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with current beauty and wellness technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for empowering women and enhancing their beauty and confidence.
