GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Corporate Marketing Specialist will assist the Director of Marketing in executing various initiatives and activities related to corporate marketing, internal communications, and community outreach.

This role will also extend support to the sales team as time permits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Marketing

  • Collaborate on corporate marketing initiatives that enhance the Church Brothers Farms brand. This encompasses advertising, social media, signage, and internal displays.
  • Partner with the Director of Sustainability to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the Church Brothers sustainability narrative.
  • Oversee community engagement and sponsorship efforts.
  • Manage the inventory of Church Brothers branded marketing materials, including apparel and promotional items.
Sales Support

  • Aid the sales team in creating sales presentations, including videos and PowerPoint slides, as well as providing tradeshow assistance as needed.
  • Collect addresses from the sales team for holiday card and calendar recipients.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating customer events as required.
Communication

  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to manage all internal communications, including Good News Friday, Department Spotlights, Weekly Culture Fundamental emails, and announcements regarding personnel changes.
  • Submit communications to the Director of Marketing for compliance with standards.
  • Obtain translations in Spanish and Haitian as necessary.
Customer Service Responses

  • Serve as the primary contact for responding to consumer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Distribute product coupons to consumers as appropriate.
  • Generate and disseminate quarterly reports regarding consumer feedback.
  • Ensure that forms for consumer inquiries on the company website are current.
Website Management

  • Maintain the corporate sections of the company website to ensure that information is innovative, accurate, and driving traffic.
  • Provide routine quarterly analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain an Editorial Calendar, ensuring balanced distribution of both corporate and trade posts throughout the week.
  • Create engaging content that showcases the culture of Church Brothers in an entertaining manner.
Event Coordination

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager, and VPs of sales to plan and execute all customer-facing events, including customer entertainment, plant and field tours, ranch parties, and events associated with tradeshows.
Marketing Meetings

  • Responsible for providing weekly updates on the status of ongoing projects in brand development, advertising, packaging, sales support, social media, and events.
  • Develop monthly presentations analyzing website traffic and social media engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

QUALIFICATIONS:


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, strong organizational skills, and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work respectfully and professionally with all levels of employees.
