Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineering professional to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive Performance Test Plans and Strategies aligned with Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
  • Develop scripts in leading Performance tools such as Neoload, JMeter, and LoadRunner
  • Design and execute Load, Soak, and Scalability tests
  • Monitor and analyze performance data from tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic
  • Implement Application Monitoring and Observability, building dashboards with Grafana, establishing SLAs, and logging/tracing
  • Develop frameworks to automate Performance Engineering lifecycle activities
  • Experience in running performance tests on AWS or Azure platforms
  • Communicate project requirements proactively to the project team and wider organization
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project deadlines and motivate team members
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach
  • Effectively communicate with project/application stakeholders through excellent written and verbal skills
