Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and uphold performance testing scripts utilizing Load Runner and JMeter.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow QA engineers to create and execute thorough performance testing strategies.
  • Execute performance evaluations to pinpoint performance constraints and validate product efficiency and scalability.
  • Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing as required.
  • Engage in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of test cases, outcomes, and testing methodologies.
  • Stay updated with emerging performance testing technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing with Load Runner and JMeter.
  • Expertise in performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, and others.
  • Solid grasp of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality performance testing solutions within deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
