Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Canyon Creek Animal Clinic, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client relationships, scheduling appointments, and communicating with referring hospitals to access patient records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient data, verifying each patient entering the hospital.
  • Ensure financial responsibilities are met, reviewing charges for services and reconciling the cash drawer with computer-generated reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in veterinary medicine and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work rotating weekends and certain holidays.
