Customer Service Representative Opportunity at Thrive Pet Healthcare

At Thrive Pet Healthcare, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Canyon Creek Animal Clinic. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience for our pet owners.

Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and their pets, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
* Assist with client registration, scheduling appointments, and communicating with referring hospitals
* Maintain accurate client and patient records, ensuring up-to-date information
* Handle financial responsibilities, including reviewing charges and reconciling the cash drawer
* Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional care and support

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in veterinary medicine and customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work rotating weekends and certain holidays
