Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Spanish Intake Registered Nurse for a prominent Managed Care Plan.

This role involves engaging with prospective members in their residences.


The successful candidate will be tasked with evaluating potential new members for program eligibility and effectively communicating the program details to them and their families.

Responsibilities include understanding the necessary outreach initiatives within the community and assessing the eligibility and safety of prospective members.

Work collaboratively with other members of the Intake/Outreach team and the clinical staff to ensure the appropriate delivery of services to new members.

Maintain communication with potential members, their families, referral sources, and healthcare providers to facilitate a smooth transition to managed long-term care.
Qualified candidates will be eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Applicants must be confident professionals with a valid New York State Registered Nurse License. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is mandatory, along with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care environment. UAS-NY experience is essential, and home care and management experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Bilingual Spanish is a must.
