Construction Site Inspector

Stevenson Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Field Technician to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting field tests and inspections to ensure the quality of construction materials and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field tests and inspections to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Preparing detailed reports of test results and inspections
- Interacting with clients and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and safety rules
- Valid driver's license with good driving history
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is desired
