Quality Assurance Manager

Lennar Homes is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our homes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of our homes to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Audit QC inspections at various stages of construction.
  • Evaluate the work of trade partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus).
  • Relevant certification in construction codes is preferred as well as strong plan reading ability.
  • Previous experience in construction quality inspection or a related role is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor and construction site environments.
