Receptionist Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications to the Office of the Judge Advocate General Front Office.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from visitors, exercising discretion in directing calls and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Address routine and complex requests for information, including status updates and compliance deadlines, utilizing available files and databases.
- Oversee and manage all incoming correspondence, staff actions, and related packages in accordance with established Front Office protocols, including digitizing paper documents and organizing files.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of all records and files, adhering to proper organizational standards.
- Handle outgoing mail and shipments, maintaining accurate logs and reviewing correspondence for compliance with established policies.
- Possess a valid security clearance certificate (Facilities Clearance).
- A high school diploma is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role is essential.
- A SECRET clearance or higher is required.
- On-site work is required, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard operating hours.
