Procurement Specialist

As a Contracts Manager at Safran Federal Systems, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's business development and contract management strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractual agreements are negotiated and executed in a manner that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate various contractual agreements, including teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consultant agreements, and subcontractor/supplier agreements.
- Prepare contractual portions of proposals to the US government and other DoD contractors.
- Interface with customers to resolve contract-related issues.
- Analyze and negotiate unique contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and business objectives.
- Administer advanced contracts and General Services Administration contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
- 4+ years of contract administration or related experience is required.
- Able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) desirable.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications and have a strong understanding of federal acquisitions regulations (FAR) and defense federal acquisitions regulations system (DFARS). In addition, you must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
