Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Provide engineering and manufacturing support expertise to enable on-time delivery and cost savings.
  • Design, control, and improve manufacturing processes and associated documentation.
  • Work with operations, maintenance, quality, test, and design teams to implement robust processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD solid modeling tools, such as CREO/ProE, and/or simulation tools.
  • Experience with Manufacturing/Enterprise Resource Planning (MRP/ERP) tools and systems.
  • Familiarity with standard material handling practices and Electrostatic Discharge mitigation requirements.
