Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues
- Design and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and costs
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production operations
- Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence of production issues
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and with minimal direct supervision
RTX offers a competitive salary range of $64,000 - $128,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
