About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Benedictine Nursing Center in Mt. Angel, OR.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect quality care for residents according to individualized needs
- Follow the nursing process and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act
- Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice
- Coordinate resident care activities with other healthcare team members
- Supervise nursing care given by others
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in long-term care

Salary:
The salary range for this position is $35.35 - $55.97 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
