Join Our Team as a Lead Educator and Care SpecialistWe're seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Lead Educator and Care Specialist. In this role, you will be directly responsible for creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Your primary objective will be to implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that aligns with the individual needs of each child.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with KinderCare's curriculum and meet the needs of each child.
- Partner with parents to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on their child's educational journey.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including attendance, behavior, and academic achievements.
