Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join its team at Graduate Fayetteville.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance positions, preferably within hotels. A strong understanding of general maintenance practices and ability to work with hand tools and power tools are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include performing general maintenance in guest units, buildings, pools, and common areas. This includes troubleshooting carpentry, plumbing, electric, and HVAC issues. The successful candidate will also be responsible for repairing and installing appliances as needed, completing daily assignments in a timely manner, and prioritizing work orders against daily assignments.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Facilities Operations Specialist will maintain the appearance of the property by picking up trash and debris, responding to spills, cleaning exterior fixtures, and applying wallpaper, paints, sealers, and solvents to building surfaces.

A strong emphasis is placed on excellent time management skills, detail orientation, and striving for excellence in all assignments. Effective communication skills are also crucial for this role.
