Job Summary

The Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues
• Configure and install new hardware and software
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
