Job Description:

As a key member of our team at Learning Care Group, you will play a critical role in developing the skills of our District Managers by leading 2-4 schools under their guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and direct staff, ensuring the smooth operation of assigned schools. This includes overseeing business operations, compliance, profit and loss, education, and people management. You will also be responsible for ensuring all schools in the Raeford and Fayetteville areas of North Carolina comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure our Safety Vision of 'No One Gets Hurt' is implemented in all schools.
  • Report suspected child abuse or neglect to the local child protective agency or abuse hotline as mandated by state law.
  • Complete the initial 5–7-week training plan and activities assigned by the District Manager to build multi-unit experience.
  • Ensure all schools adhere to federal, state, and local licensing and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, programs, and processes.
  • Manage school facilities regarding safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Advise schools on business and operational systems to help grow and become more profitable.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop superior talent.
  • Achieve budgeted PABO by controlling and managing expenses, maximizing school enrollment, and sales revenue.
  • Be present in assigned schools 75% of the time.

Supervision:

  • Manage and direct staff to achieve Company goals and objectives.

Education/Experience:

  • Meet state licensing requirements for education and experience.
  • Experience overseeing multiple childcare locations is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Degree in Business is preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a management role in the early education area is required.
