- Conduct vital sign checks, weight measurements, and other necessary assessments to monitor patient health.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a specialty clinic environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
