Clinical Nurse Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a consistent high standard of care and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment and technologies, participating in in-services and continuing education programs.
- Manage inventory levels, placing timely requisitions with Material Management to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Participate in hospital committees and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate written documentation, including clinic charts and other required paperwork.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN licensure and experience in a clinical setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (optional).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with mature judgment.
