Specialty Clinic Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN/LPN to join our Specialty Clinic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct vital signs, weights, and other necessary assessments.
- Order and interpret lab results, EKGs, and other diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
Education and Qualifications:
Must be a licensed RN/LPN with experience in a clinical setting.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Work Environment:
Occasional sitting, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting/carrying 10-35 pounds.
Frequent exposure to equipment and occasional exposure to sharp instruments.
Continuously writing in English and working irregular hours.
