Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BBSI Portland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client goals and objectives
  • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage and coordinate sales efforts to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the ASO or PEO industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
