Family Service League is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Mental Health Clinic in East Hampton. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual and group therapy to children, families, and adults with a range of mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake assessments and provide individual and group therapy to adults, adolescents, and children with diverse mental health needs.
- Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health in an electronic medical record (EMR).
- Link clients with community resources and provide follow-up support during the stabilization period.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and ensure seamless care.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Master's degree in social work required.
- LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related licensed clinical degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting, with clinic experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records.
- Valid and clean NYS Driver's License required.
