Strategic Partnership Opportunity

We're seeking a Strategic Partner Manager - Banking to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strategic relationships with financial institutions. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the banking industry and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and innovation. This includes developing and implementing new product and service offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identifying opportunities to leverage them for business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation with our financial institution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new product and service offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Plaid's technology and product offerings.
  • Represent Plaid at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on business development activities and results.
Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or strategy role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on building trust and credibility with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling executive communications and reports.
  • Ability to understand technical and product concepts.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and possesses strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, deadlines and navigate unexpected roadblocks.
Compensation

$144,720 - $216,000 a year Target base salary for this role is between $144,720 and $216,000 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered.
