Guest Service Manager Overnight Shift

Making unforgettable experiences for our guests is what drives us at Marriott Hotels. As a Guest Experience Expert- Overnight, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest feels welcome and supported during their stay.
Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You will also coordinate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our rooms are always clean and well-maintained.
Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on your experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their needs promptly.
- Manage room assignments and ensure accurate processing of guest transactions.
- Collaborate with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
