Job Summary:

The Hotel Guest Service Director at The Dagny Boston is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that all team members meet this standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in guest services or supervisory roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software applications.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
