Hotel Guest Service Director

The Hotel Guest Service Director at The Dagny Boston is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that all team members meet this standard.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in guest services or supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software applications.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
