Overnight Front Office Operations Manager Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations, and special requests.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed reports, including financial summaries and operational analysis.
  • Investigate complaints, disturbances, and emergencies, providing accurate information to management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably in a front office or night manager role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work long hours with occasional sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
