Head of Talent

Luma AI is revolutionizing the field of artificial intelligence, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Head of Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading our recruiting function, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and develop solutions
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience in high-growth companies
  • Proven track record of leading fast-scaling companies while preserving hiring quality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to provide clarity on recruiting vision, strategy, and status across the organization
  • Expert-level experience in choosing, setting up, and using ATS
  • Organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to think outside the box in finding and attracting exceptional talent
