About the Program

Wing is hosting a 12-week paid internship during the summer of 2025. This in-person, hybrid internship will be based in Palo Alto, CA, with start dates in May or June. As a Strategy Intern, you'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop complex business-level and product strategies, drive ad-hoc strategic projects, and provide analytics support.

What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-functional teams through complex, multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives, managing project schedules and deliverables, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders and senior leads.
  • Support leadership, operations, partnerships, and product management teams with product strategy and market and strategic analyses, including market sizing, buy/build/partner assessment, and competitive strategy.
  • Develop Wing's revenue and pricing strategy to ensure long-term viability, including deal structuring, business case development, and financial model projections.
  • Define and track key product/business metrics/KPIs, leading monthly and quarterly business reviews and supporting annual planning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive product, vertical, and geo-specific GTM strategies.
  • Develop short, medium, and long-term growth strategies, including M&A, expansion, and other initiatives.
  • Proactively and regularly analyze key metrics, identifying initial insights and undertaking in-depth follow-up analysis.
  • Provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership, based on insights, analysis, experience, technical acumen, and strong business judgment.
  • Develop Wing Strategy's intelligence and database with foundational research and deep-dives into industry, competitive, partner, and consumer developments and trends.
What You'll Need
  • Currently pursuing an MBA, graduating between December 2025 and August 2026.
  • Master at analyzing and problem-solving complex initiatives with strong business acumen.
  • Strong data-modeling and reporting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of autonomy, leading complex and ambiguous projects end-to-end, performing analyses, and expressing recommendations.
  • Action-oriented and decision-driven.
Bonus
  • 3-4 years of experience in a top-tier Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Product Management, and/or Investment Banking/Venture Capital firm.
  • High-growth or early-stage start-up experience.
  • Program management experience in small- or large-scale strategic programs.
  • Experience within the last mile delivery space and/or aerospace industry a plus.
