Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for building, restructuring, and maintaining ELT pipelines between our GTM tools. You will own the data warehousing for Workstream, working closely with our core product engineering team to design a scalable, robust, and actionable data system.
Responsibilities- Design and implement ELT pipelines between GTM tools, including Salesforce, Segment, Outreach, Stripe, and production data.
- Own the data warehousing for Workstream, collaborating with the core product engineering team to ensure maximum scalability, robustness, and actionability.
- Create and maintain company KPI dashboards, providing accurate and reliable data for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain data models for go-to-market and operations teams, ensuring clean schemas, intermediary data tables, aggregated analytics, and documentation.
- Foster a data-driven culture across the company, championing single source of truth and data best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in data or analytics roles at a fast-growing startup or in management consulting.
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to create charts, reports, and dashboards in minutes.
- Experience with Airflow and other ETL tools.
- Proficiency in Python, with the ability to get things done.
- First-principle thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to high-level stakeholders.
