We're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to help us make data-driven decisions by collating and analyzing information from multiple sources and providing a logical and coherent story.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding challenges the business faces and helping them to make decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Identifying performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to build out measurement agendas/strategies.
- Distilling complicated analytical concepts for broader audiences and influencing their decision-making through a data story.
- Working with dashboards and reports to help the business understand and optimize advertiser performance and product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/economics/mathematics or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in quantitative analysis and research.
- Proficiency in SQL and python/R for analysis and data visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an agile, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work individually while operating as a collaborative team player.

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $94,000-$141,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$134,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
